is a song which was written by my friend Gary Carey

​

A few years ago, we surprised Gary at his birthday party by performing a bunch of his own original songs. As it happened, I learned this song and it stuck with me for so long that I knew I wanted to record a cover version and I released it in my recent album hand picked tunes.

​

It is a truly touching song about love and loss which I found so heartfelt and moving.

​
